1. Internship

The Internship program allows recent graduates the opportunity to live and work in the U.S. for up to one year.

Participants work through a structured internship plan designed to capitalize on their academic strengths while introducing American business methods and a hands-on opportunity to increase their knowledge in their field of specialization. Participants also benefit from enhanced English skills and insight into U.S. culture.

Am I Eligible?

You are eligible if:

  • You are 18 – 38 years old

  • Graduated from an international university (post-secondary school) within the past 12 months

  • Your requested work placement is related to your studies/diploma

  • You have verifiable English language skills and have a good understanding of English terminology related to your field

  • You have sufficient finances to support yourself during your entire stay in the U.S. (including housing and living costs)

  • You are able to commit to the full duration of your program placement (up to 12 months)

  • You have a valid passport with at least 6 months remaining past your program end date

Your experience/education must be in:

  • The hospitality/tourism industry

  • Business management / finance

  • Computer Engineering / computer science

  • Computer graphics and animation

  • communication Engineering


2. Training

The Training program allows international participants, who have demonstrated strong knowledge in a field, the opportunity to live and work in the U.S. for up to eighteen months.
Participants arrive with five years of work experience or with a university degree (earned at an international institution) plus one year of work experience. Participants work through a structured training plan designed to capitalize on their field of knowledge while learning American business methods and enjoying a hands-on opportunity to increase skills in their field of specialization. Participants also benefit from enhanced English skills and insight into U.S. culture.

Am I Eligible?

You are eligible if:

  • You are 18 – 38 years old

  • five years of professional experience (outside the U.S

  • Your requested training field is related to your studies and your professional experience

  • You have verifiable English language skills and have a good understanding of English terminology related to your field

  • You have sufficient finances to support yourself during your entire stay in the U.S. (including housing and living costs)

  • Your experience and education must be in

    • The hospitality/tourism industry

    • Business management / finance

    • Computer Engineering / computer science

    • Computer graphics and animation

    • communication Engineering

  • You are able to commit to the full duration of your program (maximum of 12 months for placements in Hospitality/Tourism and maximum of 18 months for placements in Management/Finance)

  • You have a passport valid at least six months past your program end date

Program Duration: Up to 12 months maximum Up to 18 months maximum for most programs in the fields of hospitality and tourism
Participant Eligibility: Only for those who have graduated within 12 months.
Internship must be related to field of study.
Must verify sufficient level of English through interview.
Participants must have five years of related work experience outside of the United States.

Program Eligibility: Supervisory or management training strongly recommended, but may be a concurrent rotation. Managerial or supervisory training required.
