Participants also benefit from enhanced English skills and insight into U.S. culture.

- University or College Fresh graduate holding a Bachelor /
Diploma in the Hospitality and/or Culinary Fields. - Graduated from such an institution no more than 12 months prior to your program start date with a short work experience.
Has a Bachelor / Diploma from a University or College and at least one year of prior related work experience in the Hospitality & Culinary field.
- Have the English skills required to contribute in an English speaking workplace.
Be between 18 – 29.

Placement Process
Due to the competitiveness of this program, it takes 1 to 6 months to place a candidate in a company. In some cases this can take less or more time. Cosmopolitan WWE does its best to find an internship/training placement ASAP but it cannot guarantee any timeframe, there are many factors involved. These are:
- English level.
- Quality of a candidate’s resume & Cover Letter.
- Candidate’s work experience and skills "For Trainee Program".
- Performance during a company interview.
